What are wall decals?
Wall decals are vinyl stickers that can be applied to smooth surfaces like walls, mirrors, glass, and furniture. They’re a beautiful, mess-free way to decorate with meaning.
Are your decals reusable?
No, our decals are designed for one-time use. They usually remove cleanly, but they aren't made to be repositioned or reused.
Do you offer custom decals?

🛠 Application & Removal
Can your decals stick to concrete or textured walls?
Yes! We offer a specific line of decals made for rougher surfaces like concrete or lightly textured walls. These come with a small practice decal to help you get familiar with the application process.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we have professional installers available in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for an additiional fee and can assist in other regions as well. Just contact us and we’ll help you arrange installation or find a trusted installer near you.
How do I apply a wall decal?
Every order comes with detailed instructions. Generally, you peel, position, and press — smoothing out bubbles with a squeegee or credit card. For larger decals, having a second person can be helpful.
Will decals damage my wall when removed?
Our decals are designed to remove cleanly from most painted surfaces. To help loosen the adhesive, you can gently warm the decal with a hairdryer before peeling. That said, the concrete ones are designed to stick very well. 

📦 Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 4-6 business days. Shipping times vary by location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom decals within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom decals are final sale unless there’s an error on our part.
